“ Lively square surrounded by small restaurants and government buildings. Safe to walk around or sit to recover your breath. On march 23 ceremonies are held there in memory of the Pacific War in which Bolivia lost its coast. ”

I feel it's a nice place to be because you can sit and enjoy the weather, you can feed the birds, you can meet new people, and also it's not too far in sight from another nice plaza in the north called Plaza España. ”
